Dr. Michelson was the first eye surgeon to perform Laser Eye Surgery for vision correction and the first to perform LASIK in Alabama. LASIK is the most common type of Laser Vision Correction that we perform, however because LASIK is not for everyone, under Dr. Michelson’s direction, each patient is carefully evaluated and consulted regarding their suitability for the various treatment options.
